Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (the Chianti Fiorentino), this cosy 2-bedroom flat belongs to an agriturismo in Pian di Scò. It features a wellness area with sauna, hot tub, fitness equipment and relaxation area. The agriturismo has an ideal location, close to the art cities of Arezzo (43 km), Siena (62 km) and Florence (37 km). An area rich in art, beautiful hills and wonderful authentic villages and castles. The holiday home is tastefully furnished and rustic. The agriturismo overlooks a large green lawn full of flowers, trees and a saltwater pool. There are 6 hectares of land around the farm where guests can walk in the vineyards and woods. The agriturismo with 4 flats has beautiful views and has been carefully restored, maintaining the typical features of a Tuscan farmhouse. There are playground equipment, a bocce ball court and a table tennis table. Access to the wellness center is priced at EURO 10 per person per day. Florence airport is 46 km away.

Tips from owner:
The farm is located one kilometer and a half from the village of Pian di sco ', a small, quiet village with three restaurants and craft shops, the country is not purely touristy but there is a beautiful church and nearby you can visit some typical villages and castles, for those who want to reach the art cities of the location is ideal and is close to the new high fashion out.let the mall. The last mile of road to get here is a typical Tuscan country road, all flat and paved to a single lane, but not too busy and don't worry the local people will leave you the streat, and you will come to enjoy our great view. Choose our farm if you are a quiet family, in search of relax and nature lovers, instead you will find horses and a nice pony. Our 'farm is not ideal for too noisy families looking for an holiday vacation resort.
