The holiday home, equipped with free internet connection and air conditioning in every room, welcomes guests with its bright living room with sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen can be equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas stove, juicer, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine completes the furnishings of this retreat. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one room equipped with a double bed and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink is available. The apartment delights in the basement with a tavern where a garage is available for every comfort. The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. On request, a baby bed and high chair can be used for a small additional charge. The Simply supermarket, a bar and a restaurant can be reached in a few minutes. The exclusive villa is located in the beautiful town of Padenghe sul Garda, in the southern part of Lake Garda with the medieval castle and the 12th century church.
