Studio apartment for a relaxing holiday at Lake Garda, located in a newly built semi-detached villa with shared swimming pool surrounded by greenery (olive and fruit trees) and a Jacuzzi for 6 people, placed on the highest point of the property with lake view, among the green hills of Valtenesi in an oasis of tranquility, among nature trails for lovers of walking and mountain biking, golf and horse riding.

The studio, provided with air conditioning throughout, welcomes guests in the bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with a cooker hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, an orange juicer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks a beautiful private terrace equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and lunch in the open-air!
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, continues with the bedroom in the same room but separated, furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.

The shared pool of the residence is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Swim cap is required.
Guests can easily park their car in the private parking space within the property.
Pets are not allowed.

*Children under the age of 6 are not allowed inside the property.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

* Guests will be able to access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

*The studio Castelletto 2 is adjacent to the Castelletto 1 apartment: the two properties are divided by a door that will always be closed making the apartments completely independent.

*The hot tub is shared by the two apartments Castelletto 1 and 2, which are on the same floor and are divided by a door that is always closed.

*In the apartment there are no windows but only a French window, and the bedroom is divided from the living room only by a partition.

*Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there are two flights of stairs to access it because the entrance is at the bottom.

The city of Polpenazze del Garda is mainly known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda olive oil, about which the Wine Fair is periodically celebrated. It is certified that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, in fact tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of the Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful glimpses of Lake Garda. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking and biking routes, together with lakeside promenades.

The airport of Verona is only 45-minute drive away.
