Casa Nadia has been completely renovated in the year 2019 !!!
Casa Nadia is a characteristic independent cottage just 100 meters from the lake with a completely
fenced private garden and private parking space.
On the ground floor there is a room connected directly to the garden through a large window
and equipped with a sofa and television, then we find a laundry room and a spacious bathroom
complete with services and large shower cubicle.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where we find a large living area with fully
equipped kitchenette, dining table, television and sofa, a double bedroom with bridge wardrobe
and a further bedroom with two single beds (can be joined) always with bridge wardrobe.
The garden of the house is equipped with gazebo, table, benches, deck chairs, barbecue and
corner of aromatic herbs.
The house is characterized by a careful choice of materials and interior finishes.
Exposed roof in larch wood, floors that reflect the grain of the oak, interior cladding in brushed
fir wood, porcelain stoneware in the bathroom and laundry room, internal cherry wood staircase
and walnut washbasin top.
