The house on two floors is in a quiet position about 200m from the beach. It has a ground floor with a living room with sofa bed for two people and open kitchenette; 1st floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with separate beds and a bathroom with floor shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, television and washing machine. It has an independent entrance, private garden equipped with fireplace and outdoor furniture and a parking space. It is suitable for families of 4/6 people. One small to medium sized pet is welcome. Ideal for a holiday by the sea, cycling along the paths in the pine forest, the relaxation of a holiday destination that has always been renowned and appreciated. The area is equipped for sporting activities of all kinds: tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis pong, sailing, windsurfing but also for the nightlife: the "dolce vita" aperitifs, parties and dancing parties on the beach.
