The apartment Stella of 60 sqm is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy. Near the entrance to the holiday apartment, in the shared garden, a table and chairs are available for guests.Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory.In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point. The holiday apartment is located in one of the 2 main buildings of the farmhouse. It is on the first floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, storage room, bedroom and bathroom. Like the other holiday accommodation on the agriturismo, this apartment is also decorated thoughtfully in a rustic style and exudes a very homely atmosphere. The living room with two sofas and a lovely wooden coffee table right by the fireplace provides the ideal place for romantic evenings as a couple, or also for cosy sociable evenings. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room suitable for children up to 12 years old. The kitchen has a small dining table for three people, and the fully-equipped kitchen provides a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has a shower and bidet. In addition, the holiday apartment provides digital television in the living room, independent gas heating and a washing machine in the storage room. The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo.
