Description

This is a holiday apartment for up to four people in a corner house far away from noisy traffic. This holiday accommodation is a peaceful oasis, nestled amidst green meadows and trees in the hilly landscape, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda. It is outside of the centre of the tranquil community, so you are away from hustle and bustle, but the lake is right nearby. You can go on many day trips in the area to lovely little towns with many architectural monuments, castles, natural beauty spots, leisure parks and shopping centres. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house and provides 75m² of living space. It is decorated in a cosy country style. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 180cm), a bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200cm), a living and dining room, a small, separate kitchen and a shower room with a washing machine and WC. You can sit comfortably on the sofa in the living room next to the fireplace and enjoy relaxing after a day trip. The dining space is integrated into the living room and provides a corner bench and two chairs, inviting you to enjoy meals together. The kitchenette enables simple self-catering with a four-flame gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a toaster. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The shower room has a WC, bidet, washbasin, shower and window. There is a dining space on the terrace in your private section of garden. There is a parking space in front of the property. The centre is 1.3km away. On the way there you will pass many cafés and restaurants, as well as shopping facilities. There is a tennis court within walking distance.
