Modern apartment furnished with high-level supplies and with swimming pool, in Sirmione del Garda.

The apartment, completely renovated with parquet floors and designer LED lighting, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and welcomes guests with the living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs; the living room overlooks the balcony and continues with the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The property continues with the bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning and overlooking the comfortable rear balcony
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

*Guests can easily park their car in the private garage.
The 14x8 meter swimming pool can be used from May 15th to September 15th. The use of the headset is required.
The apartment is located a few steps from the tennis courts which can be easily reached on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Guests can easily park their cars in the private garage ( measurements: 5.60 x 2.10 m height 1.85 m )

Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

The apartment is about 30 minutes by train from Desenzano railway station and about 20 minutes by car from Verona airport.
