Large ground-floor luxury apartment with two private pools, in a lakefront location with beach access, in Sirmione.
The apartment opens onto the spacious living room, equipped with large sofas (one of which converts to a queen-size bed), flat-screen TV and a small work desk. This room communicates with the beautiful dining room with an open marble and wood kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and countertop with seating for snacks. A dining table with chairs and a flat-screen TV completes the area. The living room benefits from a convenient half bath consisting of a sink and toilet. The property, then continues with the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms with queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and ample closets; three of these boast private bathrooms, all with showers; two of these rooms also have desks. An additional bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet completes the sleeping area. The apartment layout is completed by the private laundry room, consisting of a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a small cellar where bicycles can be parked or suitcases can be left.
To ensure a luxurious experience, the outdoor area offers guests a beautiful private garden, two small private pools, and a large covered porch! Guests have comfortable lounge chairs for lounging, a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, a lounging area with sofas, and a second kitchen, located under a gazebo, equipped with a barbecue for cooking delicious grills!
*The apartment's two private pools are available from May 1 to September 30.
Also available is a private garage for parking up to two cars.
The property is equipped with cameras and an internal and external alarm system, but these cannot be used and/or activated by guests.
*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.
