The accommodation is on two levels, located on the second floor of a building. On the ground floor we find the kitchen with the dining area, the service bathroom with shower and closet, the living room with terrace and breathtaking view of the castle, the fireplace, the library available for guests and cable TV.
Going up a flight of stairs (without access for the disabled) we find a beautiful master bedroom with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Scaligero castle. there is a high quality Topper on the mattress of the double bed in size 160x190cm. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
The bathroom with hydromassage shower, air conditioning and wi-fi complete the structure, making the Never say Never penthouse perfect for all those who want to spend a fantastic stay on Lake Garda.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals between 19:00 and until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
