Located on the ground floor with a beautiful garden for exclusive use and a swimming pool shared with 6 other units, the A CASA DI BEA apartment is one of our most popular properties. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the lakefront, shops and shopping centers.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a large living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The house has an exclusive garden on both the west and east sides, which means that this unit is always well exposed to light. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, overlooking the garden, a bathroom with shower, a toilet with grab bars for the disabled, a bidet and a washing machine.
in both bedrooms there is a high quality Topper on the mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming.
The large garage (350x210x6mt) , air conditioning, the supplied USB modem and the storage room complete the description of this splendid apartment. The Carrefour supermarket is very useful, just 30 meters away.
We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. Check-in for this apartment is from 15:00. until 7:00 p.m., for arrivals after 7:00 p.m. and until 11:30 p.m. a surcharge of 50.00 euros will be charged

This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 150, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
