Beautiful apartment located in Sirmione, within a residential complex with shared swimming pool.

The home is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator; guests are welcomed into the living room, consisting of a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine.
A French window leads to the private terrace equipped with a table and comfortable outdoor armchairs, overlooking the shared swimming pool of the residential complex and the lake.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the master one is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom is instead furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The flat is equipped with a central ventilation system in all rooms, heat pump and a washing machine located in the hallway.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*We inform our guests that the accommodation building is currently undergoing renovations. For this reason it is possible that there may be noise during the day.

"The pearl of Garda" is what the wonderful city of Sirmione is called. Starting from the historic walls of the city, tourists begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.

The flat is about 15 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from Verona's 'Valerio Catullo' airport.
