Located in Sirmione, in a Lakeside location, large luxury apartment on the first floor with 4 bedrooms and a private pool, for a comfortable vacation for up to 10 people!

The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in every room, welcomes guests with the large living room, equipped with large sofas (one of which can be converted into a double bed), flat-screen TV, a small work desk and a comfort area with armchairs and coffee table; the living room communicates with the beautiful kitchen room, featuring a marble and wood kitchen fully equipped with: cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer, and countertop with snack seat; the kitchen area is complemented by the dining table with chairs. The living room benefits from a convenient half bath consisting of a sink and toilet. The living room and kitchen overlook the wonderful outdoor area of the apartment, equipped with a beautiful private terrace, where guests have at their disposal comfortable deck chairs, a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, and a relaxation area with sofas!
The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, continues with the sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys ample space and comfort to ensure guests have a luxurious experience during all phases of their vacation; it consists of a comfortable double bed, a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, large closets, and the private bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, bidet, and toilet. The second bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, desk, flat-screen TV, large closets, and also enjoys a comfortable private bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet. The third bedroom, enjoys a queen-size bed, a comfortable armchair, a desk, ample closets, the flat-screen TV and access to the private balcony. The fourth bedroom, enjoys a bunk bed for two, ample closets, an armchair with table, and access to the private balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms benefit from the fourth bathroom in the apartment corridor equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The layout of the vacation apartment is completed by the private laundry room, consisting of a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, and the private garage for parking up to 2 cars. Also on the ground floor, the apartment enjoys a beautiful private oasis consisting of the private garden with palm trees and flowers, a relaxation area with sun loungers, and a Jacuzzi pool to cool off during the summer!

The apartment's private pool is available from May 1 to September 30.

Next to the Castle begins the scenic road that runs along Lake Garda, offering truly unforgettable views. For bike enthusiasts, it is possible to join the itinerary to discover the Lugana Wine by pedaling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a mansion that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Giamaica Beach.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, the Port of Sirmione, and the Brema tennis courts. It is easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is only a 20-minute drive away.
