Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, a few steps from the Lake and the beach, apartment on the second floor of a small complex of houses, for a group or family vacation for up to 3 people!

The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, American coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. The living room overlooks the balcony furnished with a dining table with chairs for breakfasts and dinners outdoors! The accommodation continues with the hallway equipped with a large closet and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, closet and air conditioning. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning will be available in the accommodation.

For bike enthusiasts, it is possible to join the itinerary to discover the Lugana Wine by pedaling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of an evocative park, the spa offers everything you need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulfurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed is Villa Callas, a mansion that hosts events of the musical genre, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Giamaica Beach.

The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 35-minute drive away.
