Located in Soiano del Lago, among the green hills of the lake, in a quiet area and inside the "Gardagolf Country Club" residence with swimming pool, 2 bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 4 people! The apartment is located on the first floor and is characterized by its brightness and modern furnishings. The holiday apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and kettle for every comfort. From the living area you go out onto the large private covered terrace with dining table and chairs where you can relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the surrounding green areas and hills. A first bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine, enriches the layout of the house. The apartment, which is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, continues to impress with its two bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe, flat screen TV and direct access to the apartment's private terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a shelf that can be used as a desk. The second bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet completes the property. The residence has a swimming pool (10m. x 20m.) which is open from May 15th to September 30th with a sunbathing area. Swimming caps are required. Guests have two outdoor parking spaces at their disposal in the house (dimensions: 5x2.50m). For a small additional charge it is possible to provide a cot and/or a high chair. Pets are not allowed.
