Situated in Soiano del Lago, overlooking the lake, the Garda hills and the Castle, this terraced house inside a residence with pool is ideal for a family or group up to 8 people!

Equipped with every comfort, our house is split over 3 floors and enjoys a beautiful private child-friendly and pet-friendly garden.

The living room comes with a spacious sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffe machine and toaster. The living room, through French doors, opens onto the covered private patio with a stunning lake view; the patio is furnished with a table and chairs for morning breakfast enjoying sunrises, lunch or dinner; the large private garden on the 3 sides of the house is 200 sqm big.

The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with international channels, all with lake view; the bathroom comes with a shower, a wash basin, a bidet and a WC.

On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with tub: the bedroom enjoys a lake view, is fitted with a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe while the bathroom comes with a bathtub, a wash basin and a WC.

This wonderful pet-friendly home, with Wi-Fi included, houses a tavern on the basement floor, where there is a second kitchen, a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and desk; the floor is also fitted with a third double bedroom and a third bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC and a small laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

*There is no swimming pool in the residence.

*Guests will be able to use covered parking inside the property (2.50 x 5m height 2.20m).

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Pets are welcomed upon request.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.
For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.
The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).

The airport of Verona is reachable with a 45-minute drive.
