This beautiful residence can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It has a large swimming pool, and multi-functional outdoor spaces, Technogym room, sauna and massage room, cinema room, tavern with billiards and large relaxation area, wine cellar, 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, large kitchen, patio, and area with private lake access, to ensure your exclusive stays in the utmost comfort.

The villa is arranged on two levels, horizontally over a large beautiful garden featuring the widest range of plants, flowers and trees and cgaracterized by rare botanical species. The interior is illuminated by large French windows, thanks to which you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Garda on three sides. The elegant entrance hall leads to the large living room equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, and from here to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and delightful breakfast area from whose windows wonderful flowering trees are visible. The large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably seated in an extremely cozy and carefully chosen furniture and designer furnishings with details declined in the colors of blue and green.

The villa comes with cinema room with adjoining service bathroom; billiard room, foosball and board games; massage room; super-equipped laundry room; full Technogym room, perfect for all kinds of workouts; and sauna. There are a total of four bedrooms, each stylishly personalized with a different flavor, equipped with a double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. On the main floor: the Red Room, the most spacious, with a refined ethno chic taste; the Blue Room, with its elegant textile details; the Provencal Room with delicate pastel colors; on the Lower Floor: the Cottage Suite, a double room, plus two single beds, bathroom and walk-in closet, in warm and fragrant wood tones. Outside, the patio is perfect for moments of loisir with its splendid view of the lake; it is furnished with sofas and armchairs and a table for summer breakfasts and dinners. The outdoor pool is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and a shower.

The Villa, with its artfully designed lighting, is particularly impressive in the evening hours and will be the ideal setting for unforgettable evenings. At guests' disposal are 3 independent private garages (2.25 m x 5.20 m x height 2.15 m).

Additional cars can be parked uncovered always within the property.

The mats in the SPA area are water heated, but the jacuzzi cannot be used.

Soiano del Lago, a charming town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side of the lake, takes its name from "Porta del sole," a translation of "Solis ianua," which is enough to define the characteristics of this small Valtenesi village, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded by green hills. In Soiano del Lago, the castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, the site of shows and events during the summer period. Worth visiting nearby are the tourist resort of Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and the castle of Padenghe.
For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake by boat.
The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers places of peace and quiet surrounded by olive trees typical of the Valtenesi area on Lake Garda, where tourists can participate in tastings and stop at local restaurants to sample the typical "spiedo bresciano."

The accommodation is a 40-minute drive from Valerio Catullo Airport in Verona and 2.3 km from Soiano train station.
