The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright and spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with german channels, a dining table with chairs, an open-plan and fully fitted kitchen, also with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The living room leads to the private terrace with a dining table and chairs. The apartment, provided with air conditioning throughout, continues with the sleeping area: the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe and the third bedroom comes with a bunk bed with wardrobe. The layout of this holiday apartment is completed by the two bathrooms with shower. Guests benefit of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

*The shared pool is available from May 1st to October 16th. Swimming cap is required.
Guests can easily park up to two cars in the private parking spaces within the residential complex.

Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of €35 per pet per stay.

*We inform our guests that Via Trento, the access road to the property's pedestrian gate is currently undergoing redevelopment and re-functionalization works. For this reason, it is possible that there may be noise during the day.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.
Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.

The apartment can be reached by the airport of Verona with a 60-minute drive.
