This spacious apartment is situated in an old farmhouse on an estate with a pool, located in the green hills of Umbria, near Umbertide. On the estate, which has been in the possession of a noble family for more than 250 years, wine has been produced since as long as people can remember. The apartment is on the second floor and is nicely furnished. The terracotta floor and the wooden beams give the apartment an authentic look. On cooler days you can enjoy the attractive, spacious kitchen together, around the crackling fire in the fireplace. Central to the kitchen is also a modern stove, fueled by corn. In front of the house you can sit outside and enjoy the view across the beautiful Umbrian countryside. But you can also find a spot by the pool! Shops can be found in Umbertide, 1 kilometre away. From the apartment you can make beautiful walks. Also visit the authentic villages of Pietralunga and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, in the immediate vicinity. The cities of Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, with their many sights, are also within easy reach.
