You have all modern conveniences at your disposal, such as a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a living room with comfortable furniture and a nice bathroom. The property has two terraces; the first is directly adjacent to the living room and is covered. The second is located on the side and is equipped with garden furniture.
