This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This cleverly arranged holiday home is cozy and fully furnished. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there is an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with two 1-pers. box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The two bathrooms both have a shower and there is a separate toilet.
