This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This luxurious holiday home is comfortable and fully furnished. Thanks to the 3-metre high ceilings and the large windows in the living room, the house feels extra spacious. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave.
