This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This single-storey holiday home is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. Due to the raised ceiling and the large windows, the spacious living room is wonderfully light. Thanks to large sliding doors it is easy to bring the outdoors inside and vice versa. The holiday home is built in an L-shape. This provides a lot of space and gives a feeling of seclusion, especially on the terrace. The living room has a TV and a nice fireplace; in the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have two 1-pers. Box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. Setup. The third bedroom is a box bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. You reach the lovely terrace with garden furniture through sliding doors from the living room. There's parking for one car at the holiday home. At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people.
