The quiet location of Playa Paraiso makes this one of the most sought-after areas in Tenerife’s South. Here you will be greeted by a sunny location with a good tourism infrastructure and various offers for tourists. The touristic centre of the village features a shopping promenade with various restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and much more. The beach of Playa Paraiso has big flat rocks, inviting to sun bathe. By car, it takes some five minutes to the beach of Playa de las Americas, and to the small harbor of Puertito de Adeje it takes only two minutes. Playa Paraiso also offers sports activities such as snorkeling, swimming and hiking. Furthermore, tennis courts and the Costa Adeje’s 27 hole golf course are in the immediate vicinity. Tenerife’s South airport is some 20 minutes’ car drive away and to the airport North it takes 80 minutes by car.

This holiday villa measures some 160m², comprising of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television with satellite receiver, meaning that you don’t have to go without Europe’s main TV channels and major radio stations, in digital quality, during your stay. A DVD-player makes the living room’s technical equipment complete. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge complete with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with modern furniture. Look forward to some restorative sleep on the comfortable mattresses. Furthermore, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathrooms are complete with bath tub or shower unit, sink, bidet and toilet. The basement hosts a communal fitness room with various equipment for strength and endurance training. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided. On arrival you are greeted with a welcome package including wine, fruits and drinks. In addition to this, you can take advantage of the free-of-charge WLAN. The premises measure a total of some 500 m² and impress with a large, heated swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use.
