Wonderful villa with beautiful views to the sea and the plantation of bananas. It is situated in the municipality of Arucas, in the north zone of the island and just a few kilometers from the sea, so it enjoys a very nice weather during the whole year. The perfect place to enjoy some vacations outside the tourist crowds and a few kilometers from the city (Las Palmas de G.C.), where you could find everything, shopping centers, seafront promenades to take long walks, beaches of golden sand, wide variety of performances, cinemas and the beautiful old town of Vegueta and Triana with many bars and restaurants, and all kind of shops.
