The house is about 800-1000 metres outside of the centre on an elevation. The location is very quiet, at the end of a side street with little traffic, within a holiday complex. The cottage is some 1000m away from the beach with white sand and sheltered swimming bays. On the first floor of the house there are two big bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The double bedroom has satellite TV and two glass sliding doors opening onto the balcony, with a view of the sea over some houses on the holiday complex. The balcony by the bedroom with single beds invites you to sit and relax with a view of the volcanic landscape. There is also a big bathroom on the first floor, between the two bedrooms. It has a bath/shower, bidet, WC, washing machine, hairdryer, hair straightener etc. The ground floor has another bedroom with two single beds and a travel cot, aswell as a spacious wardrobe. The modern kitchen with all the necessary electric appliances such as a fridge-freezer, stove and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster etc. is also on the ground floor. Next to it there is the cosy living room, providing access to the terrace. The TV receives a number of German and some English channels in HD quality. It is also possible to use a fax machine and a DSL Internet connection, as well as a CD/DVD player and VHS. The ground floor also has a little bathroom with a walk-in shower tiled with mosaic, a washbasin and a WC. The terrace has a dining table with six chairs, as well as six sun loungers with comfortable cushions. Two parasols provide shelter from the sun. There is a big, shared swimming pool, and one small one, 100 metres from the house, inviting all ages to have fun. Please note that it is a non-smoking house. The owner does not live in the house when it is let out, but two kilometres away. The beach is easy to get to along a paved pathway. There are several bays sheltered from waves, so also suitable for children. There are some restaurants near the beach, as well as a big supermarket. There are two golf courses nearby for golf enthusiasts. There is a tennis court 2km away. Plenty of entertainment is available in Caleta de Fuste, one to two kilometres away. The range of trip destinations includes Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, Jandia. There is an animal and plant park in La Lajita. A rental car is recommended. 28729
