Villa Costa Golf, Semi-detached villa in a very quiet residential area for those who want a relaxing family holiday. The villa is next to the golf course, from the upper terrace you can see hole #8. CAPACITY FOR 11 ADULTS (+ 2 YEARS) AND 2 BABIES (CRIBS). GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED. (ASK FOR DETAILS) Starting from the nice and bright hallway is the living room with air conditioning, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, satellite TV (English and German channels), Smart TV and Movistar TV platform, with windows overlooking the pool area. On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen and a central island providing ample work space. Across the entrance are 3 bedrooms, a super king with a large walk-in closet, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom with a bed. A beautiful staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with access to the terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share a family bathroom. From the landing there are patio doors leading out to the fabulous large terrace with views inland and across the golf course and also out to the sea. All bedrooms have a fan. On the ground floor from the hallway there are French doors leading out to the large private terrace with a lovely swimming pool (size approx 11m x 4m, depth varying from approx 1.2m to 1.6m). At one end of the pool is a shallow area ideal for little ones. Pool heating is optional and is payable in cash at the resort to the villa managers, please request this at the time of booking or one week before check-in. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. On either side of the doors leading to the pool there are comfortable sofas and a large table where you can enjoy and share meals with family and friends. In this area there is a very bright room for the enjoyment of children, equipped with board games, a blackboard, children's books and also for the relaxation of the older ones with a good book... There is also an area with a ping-pong table, a playhouse for the children and others. For the chef of the family there is a Canarian barbecue and an outdoor table with a large parasol for shade. WiFi connection is available with this villa at no additional cost. Loud music and parties in general are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction.
