The multi family home is located in El Cotillo in northern Fuerteventura. It is 200 meters from the sandy beach. Enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.
All three apartments were completed in 2015 and are located on the first floor of a multi-family home. They each offer a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony and access to the community roof terrace. Each flat accommodates two people and is equipped with a satellite television and at least one fan.
The balconies offer ocean views and are great for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. The communal roof terrace is furnished with seating accommodation and sun loungers.
Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
The beach and the ocean are only 100 meters from the house. Restaurants and nightlife, the harbour and cafes are only 50 meters from the property. It is only 200 meters to a grocery store.
The small, yet cosy balcony lets you enjoy your breakfast while taking in views of the ocean. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from here. The communal roof terrace was renovated in June 2017 and is furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs and overlooks the 17th century fortress tower. The sun sail offers welcome shade during the lunch hour. The 40 m² holiday flat, located on the first floor of a residential building and accommodates two people. It boasts a living/dining room furnished with chairs, seating accommodation and a satellite television. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher. It is 30 meters to the town centre and restaurants and nightlife, the harbour and cafes are only 50 meters from the property. The closest supermarket is 200 meters from the property. It is about 250 m to sandy beach and the ocean. Fuerteventura offers a lot of culture in the form of museums. It is about a ten to twelve minute drive to beautiful coves.
