It is furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning and provides a great place to enjoy sun or shade. There are a total of three bedrooms; one is on the mezzanine and accessed via a ladder and furnished with a single bed (0.80 m x 1.90 m) and a dresser. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, the other one with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room is furnished with two red leather sofas and a television. From here a ladder leads up to the mezzanine with the single bed; the second bedroom is accessed by a small staircase and another staircase leads down into the kitchen. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a small dining table, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a washing machine, a microwave and a dish washer. Wireless Internet access is available to our guests free of charge. The highlight of the property is the proximity to the beach and the ocean. It is literally a stone's throw: 5 meters. The nearest shops can be found about 500 m from the house and it is only about 100 meters to the centre of town. A supermarket, restaurants and public transport are all located nearby (300 meters).
