Lovely 2-bedroom apartment by the sea with balcony, 2 parking spaces and swimming pool. Ideal for families of 4-5 members looking for a quiet place with no crowds. Located 50 meters from L’Estartit beach, at the foot of Montgrí Natural Park, the mouth of the Ter River, the Medes Islands Marine Reserve, the historic town of Torroella, and the charming villages of Empordà.

The accommodation has plenty of natural light and a large balcony with views of the sea and mountains. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds + extra bed. A comfortable living room with air conditioning open to the dining area, next to a fully equipped American kitchen. Plus a full bathroom with shower. The building has a swimming pool, closed parking area and elevator.
