Beautiful holiday cottages retaining the traditional architecture of the Canary Islands, near the sea This residential area is located between the towns of San Isidro and Granadilla de Abona, approximately 345 metres above sea level, and near various beaches which are great places for excursions. The sea is to the east of the house and the mountains to the north, placing this cottage in an ideal location sandwiched between the sea and mountains. The holiday cottage is in a residential area with various houses, all retaining the traditional Canarian architectural style. They feature thick stone walls and white varnished wooden elements. Each house benefits from its own garden with native plants. The house has a wood paneled ceiling, and the terrace Arabic style tiling. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a two kilometre radius of the cottage. The beach of “Playa Médano“ is only a few minutes away by car, making this an ideal location for wind surfers. A golf course is also nearby, a 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop approximately 100 m from the house, offering connections to, e.g., the centre of Granadilla.

Measuring 100 m², this holiday cottage features a bright living room with a dining area equipped with a sofa and armchair, television with USB-/digital-connection, and a dining table with chairs for shared mealtimes. From the living room you have access to the small kitchen, complete with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, and one with two single beds. The house also has two bathrooms, one of which is a daylight bathroom complete with shower, hairdryer, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. The second bathroom also has a shower, sink, and toilet.
