Description

This property is the 160 m² main house of the finca, which was entirely renovated in 2014. The house boasts a total of four bedrooms; two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub. The beds are as follows: one double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), the other double beds are 1.50 and 1.60 meters wide and 2 meters long. The focal point of the house is the large salon (living room) with a comfortable sofa, a wall mounted flat screen television and the adjacent dining room. The fully furnished kitchen boasts a ceran stove, an oven and a dishwasher. There is also another living room with an adjacent office or playroom and a communally used washhouse with a washing machine. As part of the complex and communally used, is a garden lounge, also with ocean views and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue in the upper part of the garden. The spacious garden offers several furnished places, as well as the pool with a patio, table tennis, a football table and a playground (connected to the patio via a door). Outside, you can make use of the patio in the entrance area, which is offers a large dining table and panoramic views. There is also a patio with a comfortable barbecue and sitting area - perfect for enjoying your breakfast al fresco or a barbecue in the evening.
