Very nice finca on a lovingly planted and well-kept garden plot of 1,000 square meters with a sea view. The finca includes a residential building with a separate outbuilding and an indoor bodega. The inner garden is terraced over two levels and borders a fruit and vegetable garden in the lower part. Depending on the season, guests can taste the fruit and vegetables. The living spaces are furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Both bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the annex. The vineyard area Abona is located in the southeast of Tenerife and is the most comprehensive wine-growing region of the island in terms of surface area. The cultivation takes place between 300 and 1750 meters above sea level, so that Abona's vineyards are also the highest in Europe. One of the best known, annually award-winning wines in the area is the "Cumbres de Abona" from the Bodega of the same name at ARICO. Bodegas are located in Arico, Fasnia and Güímar. A wine tasting is possible from 15 people for a fee.
