Pretty villa situated in the south of Gran Canaria, with wonderful views to the golf course, where an absolute peace and quiet reigns. The villa counts with 2 floors and private swimming pool with deckchairs to relax in the sun. The villa has the best situation, near the highest level tourist zone of the island and at the same time, in a peaceful place without disturbing noises.

Just a few kilometers away is the Meloneras promenade, El Faro and the Maspalomas beach, a perfect place to take a walk in the afternoon due to its great entertainment, its shops of all kinds and a wide variety of restaurants and ice cream parlors. A good location as it is close to the highest level tourist area of the island and at the same time in a quiet area without noise.
