This spacious holiday home in the sun-kissed south of Tenerife has 90 sqm of living space on two floors. The house is situated in a quiet residential area, mainly inhabited by local people and residents. The holiday home is furnished to high standard, so you will not lack anything. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people, a storage room with a washing machine as well as a guest toilet. Both brightly-coloured bedrooms are upstairs, with blinds to darken them, of course. You have access to a beautiful sunny balcony from the larger bedroom. The bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with new, firm latex mattresses. This bedroom has a very spacious cupboard. You will also find a safe in this room. The bed in the other bedroom is 160 x 200 cm in size and has a firm foam mattress. The bathroom has a lot of natural light and a large, easily accessible shower.
