Beach house Barefoot from the garden directly to the beach? This modern but cosy holiday home with pool is in a perfect location, directly behind the dunes of the beautiful sandy beach of Mas Pinell. The two-storey end-terrace house has a total living space of 120m², with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, and a large living / dining area, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor is a rooftop terrace with stunning views out over the sea, the Medes Islands and the surrounding mountains. The house can accommodate 6 people. A large garden surrounds the house and because of its location on the corner you have there all day, until late in the evening, sun. But a beautiful pine tree also donates pleasant shade, if you should look for that in the hot midday hours. From the garden you have direct access to the communal area with swimming pool. For the garden there are garden furniture and a barbecue. A small car can be parked on the property in front of the house. Otherwise, there is also enough free parking on the street. The house is fully equipped. The living room has, among others, an open fireplace, TV, DVD player and free WIFI. In the separate kitchen you can find everything for cooking, including an oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. A laundry with washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board is on the ground floor. There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. For the cool season electric heaters are available for every room. The costs for a normal consuption are included in the renatl price (<15kwh/Tag). Any further units will be charged respectively deducted from the safety deposit. The small quiet urbanization Mas Pinell, belonging to Torroella de Montgri, is located in the plane of the mouth of the Ter, and is surrounded by nature reserves. It is therefore the ideal place for families and nature lovers and offers besides the wide and mostly quiet beaches also an ideal opportunity for biking through the plane, for example, to the numerous medieval Catalan villages and towns in the area such as Peratallada or Pals. The beautiful sandy beach is wide and rarely crowded. It is perfect for bathing and walking but it is also popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers. Golf lovers have several options in the surrounding area. It also invites to explore the numerous beautiful coves of Begur and the pictoresque fisher villages such as Calella de Palafrugell or Tamariu. Distances: sandy beach 50m, supermarket with bakery (May till September) 300m, supermarket (all-the-year) 6km, nearest golf field "Emporda Golf" 6km, Begur and its beautiful coves 10-12km, Girona airport 65km, Barcelona 150km. Families: Directly at Mas Pinell there are two estuaries that are ideal for going to the beach with small children - here you have fine sand, warm fresh water and no waves. Our garden is designed with smooth tiles on which the little ones can run to their hearts content, romp, play on the floor and paint chalk, for example, without scratching themselves when they fall down. We have two small children ourselves and enjoy our holidays every year in this great place. Pets are welcome! The beach and the surrounding area of Mas Pinell is ideal for beautiful walks with dogs.
