The pool area is very welcoming: you will find an outdoors dining area, a fully furnished kitchen and barbecue area and sea views! If you prefer, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the top floor's terrace; gazing the entire Patalavaca bay, from Arguineguín to Anfi del Mar and relaxing at the chill out area with a book and a good wine. It will not leave you indifferent. Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the southern island. It is located just 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes by car from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the Maspalomas Lighthouse and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport. This holiday villa is a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and supermarkets and the beaches of Patalavaca and Arguineguín.
