Go back in time in this 19th century Agritourism Finca, located in Moya in northern Gran Canary.
The 50.000 m² property offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and the volcanoes. The 1500 m² garden offers plenty of space for the entire family. The large pool (depth 115 - 170 cm) is furnished with sun loungers and sun shades. The covered patio is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue, so you can comfortably enjoy your meals al fresco. There is also a large balcony upstairs, from where you can take in stunning views. Ample parking is available.
The villa offers 21st century modern amenities. It accommodates up to ten people on two floors. The open plan living/dining room on the ground floor is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a flat screen satellite television, a fireplace and a large dining table with chairs. The adjacent kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen appliances. It boasts a total of five bedrooms, furnished with large doubles or single beds, which can be combined to a double. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor. The two bathrooms upstairs offer a shower; the toilet is separate on the ground floor. There is also a reading room with books on the ground floor. Wi-Fi is available.
The beach and numerous restaurants are only two minutes from the property. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes from the villa. It is only 2 km to the beach. Las Canteras Beach (15 minutes) is definitely worth a visit. It is 15 minutes by car to Las Palmas de Gran Canary. There are numerous hiking trails in the area.
