The apartment is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of Playa de las Américas, only five minutes from the beach and water sports, a beautiful place with an average annual temperature of 29ºC, ideal for beach holidays and recreation. 15 km from Tenerife South Airport and 1 km from Las Américas Golf Course. The apartment is situated in a quiet and family setting, ideal for a beach holiday, with a magnificent mountain view. On a clear day you can also see the Teide (the highest mountain in Spain and the symbol of Tenerife). The beach is just a few steps away and is over a kilometre long along the promenade. Playa de las Américas is the main tourist town in Tenerife. The meanwhile grown city is a coastal place that is laid out as a holiday settlement and that belongs administratively to the municipality of Arona. The city is located in the southwest of the island and offers with its protected bathing bays an ideal holiday destination for bathers, beach tourists, sportsmen and active holidaymakers of any kind. But it is also an ideal place for recreation, for people who want to see and experience something despite the peace and quiet. Playa de las Américas is one of the most important tourist centres in Spain, together with the neighbouring towns of Los Cristianos, Playa de Fañabé, La Caleta and Costa Adeje.
