Chalet Santa Ana 7 in Playa del Inglés is undoubtedly a property to enjoy a well-deserved vacation in a very quiet environment and a very difficult to improve location. It is located a few meters from the sea, the promenade with its restaurants and supermarkets and the golden sand of the Maspalomas Dunes. This duplex is newly remodeled and has 2 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms (both with shower). It is a very nice and comfortable house with two terraces and great views of the sea. A place to enjoy a barbecue in the garden, Smart TV and free high-speed internet. It also has a spacious living room with air conditioning and an equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and washing machine. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it belongs to a well kept complex of duplexes that grants access to a shared pool. This residential complex has a pedestrian access to the upper part that communicates with the center of Playa del Inglés, where in 15 minutes you can reach the Yumbo Shopping Center and all the amenities you may need. This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. Use of jacuzzi has a cost of 280EURO /week.
