Discover Casa EmnitanAs soon as you enter the house, you will enjoy the exceptional view of the sea. On the left you will have a toilet then a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, and a dining table.All rooms have a sea view and direct access to a terrace of over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this space facing the sea. The swimming pool is located to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers allow you to enjoy the space around the pool. Casa Emnitan is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a few more villas. It is accessed by a beautiful path that connects the Sa Riera beach with Aiguafreda. The villa is surrounded by a nature reserve.
