In an amazing location in the historic centre of La Laguna, the flat "La Buhardilla de la Vicaría" is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Tenerife. It is an attic flat in a 3-storey 19th century house that has been restored maintaining its original style and materials, making it a truly unique accommodation. It consists of a single bedroom with 2 single beds (made up together), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. An extra bed can be provided for a supplement upon request to the host. Additional services include Wi-Fi, a cot and a highchair (both available on request). In the attic, the house has a sunny terrace where guests can start the day with a hot cup of coffee and enjoy the fresh air. Due to its excellent location in the city centre, you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés right next to the property (50-500m; 1-6 minutes on foot), and there are also many tourist attractions and monuments nearby, such as the beautiful local cathedral (right next to the property). The César Manrique water park and the nearest beach, Caleta de Negros, are a 14-minute drive away (10.2 km), in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the island's capital. La Laguna is also conveniently located close to Tenerife Airport, so you will be able to reach it in just a few minutes by car, (4.3 km). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house has no lift and is located on a pedestrian street. The 2 properties El balcón de la Catedral and La Buhardilla de La Vicaría are located in the same house and share a common entrance area with stairs and an armchair. Each property is accessed from this hallway, which means that if both properties are booked at the same time, it is possible for guests to pass each other. Please note that guests from outside the booking are not allowed to stay. There is an office on the first floor.
