The house has no lift and is situated in a pedestrian street. The holiday home Apartamento El balcón de la Catedral enjoys an ideal location in the centre of La Laguna. The 18th century house was renovated and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and the other with queen-size bed and 2 single beds), so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in each bedroom and a highchair and cot on request. An extra bed can be provided for a supplement upon request to the host. Your private balcony invites you to start your day outdoors with a delicious cup of coffee while overlooking the city. Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached on foot in only 1-2 minutes and the nearest supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away (150 m). In approximately 10 minutes by car you will reach Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where you can spend the day at the beach. Furthermore, Tenerife North airport is only an 8-minute drive (4.3 km) from the property. You can park in a public car park only 5 minutes away. The house has no lift and is situated on a pedestrian street. Please note that there is an office on the 1st floor and guests may occasionally meet the host. The 2 properties El balcón de la Catedral and La Buhardilla de La Vicaría are located in the same house and share a common entrance area with stairs and an armchair. Each flat is accessed from this entrance, so if both flats are booked at the same time, it is possible for guests to pass each other. Also, access from one bedroom to the other and to the kitchen is via the common area. Please note that guests from outside the booking are not allowed to stay.
