Description

The "Finca Yazmina" is a historic, small farmhouse made of LAVA STONE.It is located in the heart of the small Canarian village Uga, in the south of the island of Lanzarote. The village is mainly characterized by cubic, traditional, white houses. The place looks like an oasis in the bizarre volcanic landscape of the south of the island.There are several typical island restaurants, bars, a supermarket, public transport links and the salmon smokehouse, famous for Uga.The village chapel with an open bell tower is worth seeing and the small but friendly, traditional market (SAT / SUN), with products from the area, is always worth a short walk.The beautiful, natural bay of Playa Quemada is only 5km away and offers, in addition to a refreshing swim in the ocean, also some recommended fish restaurants. A lot of love and time have transformed the FINCA Yazmina into a small JEWEL among the Casa Rurales. The finca is characterized by its black lava stone facade. Blue, white, the green of the palm trees and plants and the many flowers give her happiness and unique charm.Only natural materials were used. Terracotta, wooden floors, handmade tiles, wooden ceilings, Arabic metal lamps, wooden furniture, hand-painted pictures and many selected details have been lovingly and creatively put together and create a cozy, Mediterranean atmosphere to feel at home. The kitchen is individually designed, well equipped. The kitchen, dining and living areas are openly connected to each other. The TV, with German and Spanish programs, is not only good for watching TV, the Spanish radio programs are also highly recommended.The bathroom is very tastefully designed, with a walk-in shower, a stylish sink, bidet & toilet. Handmade tiles, black volcanic stone pebbles, an Indian mirror are the details that make it a little oasis of well-being. The bedroom with wooden floors is spacious, has a reading corner and an area for yoga exercises. Red and orange bougainvillas frame the blue door that leads into the second, very private and completely secluded garden on the back of the finca. Real Lanzarote wine climbs over the pergola and the evening sun invites you to linger, chill and relax. The Finca Yazmina has two private gardens. The first garden, the front garden, looks directly onto the mountains and has wonderful morning light for a sunny breakfast. A pergola offers a shady place for yoga exercises, to chill out, or as protection for an evening barbecue.The second garden is accessible from the bedroom, is secluded, completely fenced and has wonderful evening light.Garden furniture available, barbecue, pavilion The "Finca Yazmina" is a historic, small farmhouse made of lava stone.
