The Finca Creativa is located in the heart of the picturesque village UGA, in the sunny south of the island Lanzarote.The 'Casita ALOE' is a stylish and cozy holiday home for two. It forms part of the Casa Rural FINCA CREATIVA, a lovely historical Canarian Finca which has been transformed into two stylish and independent holiday homes. The architecture of this rural house is characteristic of Lanzarote and reflects the charming style of Lanzarotes famous artist, César Manrique. It combines traditional style with modern technology.
You enter the 'Casita ALOE' through the pitoresque courtyard, the ‚Patio', of the Finca Creativa.'Casita ALOE' has a spacious 'loft style' living and bedroom area with lava stone floors, wooden ceilings and whitewashed original lava stone walls. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a daylight bathroom, tiled in white, with wooden ceilings. The kitchen area offers direct access to the private, outdoor terrace and the small but very charming, no one overlooking, private garden, perfect for dining, having a barbecue or just private sun lounging. Garden furniture and a Barbecue are provided. The stylish design containing volcano stone flooring, wooden ceiling, tasteful lightening, hand painted paintings, decoration, plants and a love of detail create a comfortable, cozy and unique atmosphere for your perfect holiday stay. The common courtyard with its huge 'Ficus Benjamini' tree offers a peaceful and shady place to relax, read or to have a chat.
"Casita Aloe" has a private, outdoor terrace and the small but very charming, no one overlooking, private garden. The common courtyard is historical and is also the entrance to the Casita Aloe.
Finca Creativa is a Canarian farmhouse from the 1800 century that has been converted into two holiday properties. Casita ALOE is a holiday home, a Casa RURAL with self-catering, without reception. The key handover is uncomplicated with a key box, so an individual arrival is guaranteed. There is no personal reception from the landlord. Of course, we will be happy to look after you by phone and e-mail during your vacation.
