The scenic location offers a breathtaking view with different impressions in all seasons. You can let your gaze roam over the bizarre shapes of Crete Senesi, look towards Siena with the Torre del Mangia and see the hills of Chianti, Montalcino and Monte Amiata. The property is located on the old, picturesque Via Laurentana and is surrounded by a fenced park of 13,000 square metres, where olive trees, oaks, walnut trees, typical cypress trees and many native herbs such as bay leaves, rosemary, lavender and sage grow. During the restoration of the old farmhouse, a lot of attention was paid to preserve the original architecture and the materials used were also carefully selected. All residential units have their own separate entrance. The apartments in the main building benefit from the thick stone walls that inherently create a pleasant climate inside. The apartments in the adjacent building, (the old barn), have air conditioning with individual control.

The apartment also includes two bathrooms with shower. The portico with its panoramic view can be used as a private outdoor area.
