This beautiful, modern studio is located in a modern four-storey apartment complex directly on the beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. You can reach this tastefully furnished studio via an elevator. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. From the balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, you have a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. Enjoy the setting sun here in the evening and stay outside until the early hours of the morning. For a day of sun, sea and sand, all you have to do is take the elevator down! This studio is not only a perfect base for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the wonderful area. Shops and cozy restaurants can be found 200 meters from the studio in Marina Castagneto Carducci and in Doratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also easily accessible and certainly worth a visit. Or spend a day in the owner's botanical garden, set in the dunes right by the beach and open exclusively to guests. -- Heating optional and to be paid on site at local rate. -- Guests are kindly requested to follow local rules regarding waste.
