The charming country house is situated on a hill on the border between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto. The apartment extends over two floors, with access via a staircase. On the lower floor is a fitness room with a fitness bench, weights, stationary bike and exercise cycle, and a laundry room. On the upper floor is the entrance with loggia, a large living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The country house is located only 1.5 km from the thermal baths of Petriolo, where there is a discount of 10%, thanks to an agreement with the homeowner. You can also bathe directly in the pools of the River Farma with its warm thermal water at no charge. The SS233 expressway is just 1.5 km away.
