This beautiful apartment is located in a 1960's villa in a wooded area just 300 meters from the beach of Marina Castagneto Carducci. There are four apartments in the villa. The bright, well-kept furnished holiday home can be reached from the garden via a spiral staircase that leads to the second floor of the villa. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. From the bedroom you can see the pine trees. There is a terrace at your disposal where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning and sit outside for a long time in the evening. This apartment is not only a good starting point for a beach holiday, but also for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Only 200 meters from the apartment you will find shops and cozy restaurants in Marina Castagneto Carducci, as well as in Donoratico, 2 kilometers away. The Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto are also very easy to reach. -- Heating optional and to be paid on site at local rate. -- Guests are kindly requested to follow local rules regarding waste. In case of violation a penalty may be charged by the owner. --
