GROTTA MAONA - karst cave located just one km from Montecatini Terme immersed in a large natural park. LE PANTERAIE - swimming pool, wellness centre, restaurant. IPPODROMO SESANA - Hippodrome for trotting, where the Grand Prix of Montecatini takes place every year on August 15th. GROTTA GIUSTI - A few km from Montecatini is the largest natural thermal cave in Europe.
